The Program Effectiveness Process (PEP)
						FORMS/ Instructional Programs All instructional programs must complete the Annual Outcomes Cycle and submit an Annual Outcomes Report (Forms A & B) each year. A copy of the report goes to the program's division chair or appropriate supervisor and to the IEG. The original report is kept in a PEP notebook within the division. All instructional programs that currently undergo program review will need to complete the PEP Five Year In-Depth Self Study. This self study replaces program review.
